Two Brothers

He’s 18.
Do you want to ride the carousel?
He’s 10.
No way, that’s for kids…
(Long Pause)
Not, unless you want to?

To say he looks up to his brother,
Is an understatement.
To say he loves his younger brother,
Is redundant.

They will both have a good time.
Neither will remember the movie.
Did they have popcorn or not?
That has been forgotten.
But they were together.
Just the two of them.
And that will never be forgotten.
